Matzmichim Academy has been operating for over two decades, specializing in transforming social norms, strengthening feelings of safety and belonging, and reducing aggression within groups. Our work is grounded in an evidence-based model (Assor, 2023).

The organization comprises more than 90 highly skilled, professionally trained facilitators who operate nationwide, advancing social change across all sectors of Israeli society.

Matzmichim Academy provides services to a broad range of government ministries, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of National Security, the Ministry of Culture and Sport, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Insurance Institute.

Our work spans diverse environments, including educational settings, academic institutions, military units, professional sports teams, and business organizations.

Over the years, Matzmichim Academy has engaged more than 300,000 participants across a wide variety of contexts. The Matzmichim method is taught annually in dozens of professional training programs and academic courses, both in Israel and internationally.
