We have been active for over 20 years and specialize in changing norms, strengthening feelings of safety and belonging, and reducing aggression within groups, our knowledge and experience is based on an evidence-based model (Assor, 2023).
The organization includes around 90 skilled and professionally trained facilitators working across the country to promote social change in all sectors of Israeli society.
Matzmichim Academy provides services to a wide range of government ministries, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of National Security, the Ministry of Culture and Sport, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Insurance Institute.
The organization works in educational settings, academia, the military, professional sports teams, business companies, and more.
Over the years, Matzmichim Academy has worked with more than 300,000 participants across a wide range of settings. The Matzmichim method is taught each year in dozens of professional training programs and academic courses in Israel and around the world.
